What can I do if I’m struggling to enter my mom?

Entries can only be submitted online. If you experience any technical difficulties, contact our friendly Customer Care Centre on 0860 900 100 or email us at info@ackermans.co.za.

Queries on the Celebrate Mom 2019 competition will be answered on Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Please allow 48 hours for us to attend to your query.

What can I do if the system does not support my phone?

The online entry form supports the majority of devices but unfortunately not all. You will need to find an alternative way of entering, i.e. A friend /family member’s mobile phone, at an internet café or library. We cannot enter on your behalf because of the verification process of the online registration form.
